We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on all eyewear. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags intact. For prescription lenses, returns are accepted only if there's a manufacturing defect. Contact us to initiate a return.

You can upload your prescription during checkout or via the Support Form below. Simply attach an image or PDF of your prescription. Our opticians will review it within 24 hours. For in-store visits, we offer free computerized eye tests.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. For local orders within Mangalagiri and nearby areas, we offer same-day or next-day delivery. You can track your delivery status from your account dashboard.

Yes! We offer home eye testing services for senior citizens and those who cannot visit our store. Please contact us on 8499962702 or WhatsApp to book an appointment. A nominal service charge may apply.

We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Cash on Delivery, and payments via QR scan at our store. Online orders support UPI and COD. For bulk or institutional orders, contact us for invoice-based payment options.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, changes are not possible. Please contact us immediately on 8499962702 if you need to make changes.
